
The Access Committee is a standing committee of the San Bernardino County Senior Affairs Commission (SAC). The committee plays a key role in identifying and addressing access-related issues that affect older adults and individuals with disabilities—such as transportation, housing, and public accommodations.

Through its efforts, the Access Committee works to remove barriers and promote equitable access to services that help older adults live safely and independently in their communities.
All meetings are open to the public. All scheduled items will be heard at the DAAS-PG East Valley Region/Administration office located at 784 E. Hospitality Ln., San Bernardino.
Alternate locations for the public to address the Commission by interactive video for Public Comment are offered as a courtesy and may be closed due to inclement weather, if technology fails, or another unforeseen emergency. If the sites are closed, a notice will be posted by 9 a.m. the day of the meeting whenever feasible.
As part of an ongoing commitment to improved public access, all meetings are live-streamed as a courtesy by the San Bernardino County Senior Affairs Commission and the Department of Aging and Adult Services-Public Guardian. Viewers cannot make a public comment or interact with the meeting in progress using this method.
