The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) helps older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers find services like in-home care, transportation, and housing support—so they can live independently.
ADRCs follow a “No Wrong Door” approach, working with local groups like the Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living Centers to make it easier to get the help you need.
The ADRC helps people understand their choices, make good decisions, and get services that support their goals and independence.
