Join us for the 38th Annual Multi-disciplinary Team Conference hosted by San Bernardino County Aging and Adult Services – Public Guardian on May 13, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Ontario. The theme for this year’s conference is “Doing more with less; partnership at its best,” focusing on educating and equipping attendees with the tools needed to develop partnerships at the local, state and national levels. 

The event will feature educational workshops and training on various aging-related topics, specifically designed for professionals who collaborate with the County and its many partners in both the public and private sectors. This all-day event also provides excellent networking opportunities, allowing attendees to strengthen connections and develop innovative approaches to delivering comprehensive services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
