June is Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse Awareness Month. It’s a time to raise awareness about the abuse and neglect of older adults and dependent adults, encouraging reporting of suspected abuse, and promoting resources and support for victims. 

Learn more about elder and dependent adult abuse awareness from the  California Association of Area Agencies of Aging (c4a) and California Department of Social Services.

The San Bernardino County Adult Protective Services (APS) Hotline (877) 565-2020 is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days per year.
